The class changes and upcoming community events from Diablo 3 patch 2.0.5 have been leaked online thanks to some enterprising fans who managed to datamine the recently modified files for the dungeon crawling role-playing game.

Diablo 3 received a huge overhaul back in March that enhanced the whole RPG, and the new Reaper of Souls expansion delighted millions of fans with a new story act, a new character class, as well as the addictive Adventure mode.

Now, as we're getting closer to the 2-year anniversary since the original Diablo 3 launch on PC and Mac back in 2012, it seems that Blizzard is set to debut patch 2.0.5 for the game and set the stage for various community events that will offer more XP, more legendary loot, as well as special bonuses to rift keys, blood shards, or treasure goblins.

This is at least according to mentions found in Diablo 3's server files by Diablofans via datamining.

The website claims that Blizzard will hold a variety of different community events inside Diablo 3, boosting the chance to find legendary gear, gold, experience, rift keys, blood shards, horadric caches, as well as double treasure goblins inside the game.

Bear in mind that not all these events might be held in the near future, but Blizzard is setting the stage for their potential implementation via the upcoming patch 2.0.5.

Actual class changes from the new update were also uncovered by the website and they bring drastic improvements or tweaks to all the characters inside the RPG, chief among which being the new Crusader.

Basically, everything from important passive skills, like Heavenly Strength or Industructible, to active abilities like Blessed Shield, Heaven's Fury, Bombardment, Steed Charge, or Judgment, have all been upgraded to deal more damage with fewer penalties to things like movement speed.

The rest of the classes are also set to receive plenty of different tweaks.

The Barbarian will get buffs to Inspiring Presence as well as special elemental damage types to different abilities such as Wrath of the Berserker, Frenzy, Whirlwind, or Revenge.

The Demon Hunter will see the fewest tweaks, as the cluster grenades now deal damage over a slightly bigger distance, while the Devouring Arrow rune for Hungering Arrow deals damage in cold.

The Monk has finally more improvements in the new update, as Blizzard is seemingly prepared to augment abilities like Fists of Thunder, Way of the Hundred Fists, Sweeping Wind, Wave of Light, and more.

The Witch Doctor's Zombie dogs, Fetish Sycophants, and Gargantuan have also been buffed and have received more elemental damage through various runes.

Last but not least, the Wizard also sees new buffs to Magic Weapon or Meteor, while the Archon attack has new elemental properties. The only skill that's getting nerfed, however, is the Teleport one.

Bear in mind that these changes aren't official just yet, so don't expect all of them to be included in Diablo 3 patch 2.0.5 when it eventually comes out.
