14 DAY TRIAL // Blizzard has finally posted some new details about the upcoming Diablo 3 patch 1.0.4, promising that many of the update’s aspects will be revealed to players before its actual release in the near future.
Diablo 3 has been around for almost three months and received plenty of updates since its release back in May.
Unfortunately for players who are still encountering problems or are unsatisfied with the experience, the next update, 1.0.4, is still quite far away and, up until recently, Blizzard hasn’t even revealed any new details about the patch.
Thankfully, this has just changed, as Blizzard community manager Bashiok has posted a lengthy topic on the game’s Battle.net forums, revealing that quite a lot of interesting posts will be released in the near future, discussing various aspects of patch 1.0.4 for Diablo 3.
“The Diablo III developers have been hard at work on some exciting new features and updates for the game. Many of you have asked for more details, and we're busily preparing several developer blogs filled with information on what's coming in patch 1.0.4,” the manager wrote.
Quite a lot of interesting articles will be written by Blizzard staff in the “not-too-distant future,” so check out the first details about them below.

Class Changes, by Wyatt Cheng Wyatt will also be providing a preview of the changes we’ll be making for each class in 1.0.4 (and the philosophy behind those changes).
Patch Notes, by Lylirra Of course, this is all building up to the actual patch 1.0.4 release, and we’ll be releasing the full patch notes shortly before the update goes live. Diablo 3 patch 1.0.4 will also be detailed in several interviews and videos before its launch but, unfortunately, Blizzard has yet to decide on an actual release date for the long-awaited update.
