The game is already unavailable in certain regions and will soon go offline in others

Blizzard has confirmed that it’s going to take down Diablo 3 later today for a period of scheduled maintenance ahead of the release of patch 1.0.3 for the role-playing dungeon crawler.

Diablo 3 has been launched for over a month now and Blizzard is continuing the steady stream of patches in order to enhance the experience.

The latest update, 1.0.3, is scheduled to appear later today and Blizzard has confirmed that it’s going to take down the game’s servers in order to implement all of the changes included in the patch.

As such, in the Americas, the game will go offline at 3:00 a.m. PDT June 19 to 1:00 p.m. PDT that same day.

In Europe, the game will be unavailable from 3:00 a.m. CEST June 20 until 1:00 p.m. CEST.

In Asia, the game’s servers will be unavailable from 1:00 p.m. PDT June 20 until 11:00 p.m. PDT.

Expect a full rundown of the contents included in patch 1.0.3 for Diablo 3 soon.
