“Devastated” Robert Pattinson Moves Out After Kristen Stewart Cheating Scandal

Kristen Stewart was caught making out with a man who wasn't her boyfriend of 3 years Robert Pattinson, later admitting to an “indiscretion” with him, film director Rupert Sanders. Heartbroken and angry, Pattinson has moved out of the house he shared with Kristen until the scandal.

Even though both Kristen and Rupert have issued apologies to their respective partners – he is married and has 2 children – Robert has refused to address the scandal in any way.

Reports yesterday said that he was still in shock, too upset to be able to react in any way to Kristen's betrayal.

Today, People magazine is reporting that, while he may not have said anything publicly, Robert has already decided on what his next step will be: he's moved out of the house he used to share with Kristen until not long ago.

“Robert Pattinson has packed his bags. Following Kristen Stewart’s public apology for having a fling with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, the 26-year-old actor has left the Los Angeles home he shared with Stewart,” the celebrity magazine writes.

“I’m not sure they’ll be able to recover from this,” an inside source says for the publication, suggesting that Pattinson may have already decided to end the romance that has kept millions of fans from all over the world fascinated for so long.

“In seclusion and not in contact with Stewart, 22, the British star 'is heartbroken and angry,' says the source,” People further notes.

This coincides with yesterday's report that Pattinson received the news of Kristen's cheating as a serious blow, because he'd never imagined she'd go looking for affection in the arms of another man, let alone an older, married one.

To add insult to injury, only a few months ago, Pattinson was saying in an interview he'd never understand why people cheated, especially when they did not have children and years of history as a couple, which meant they did not fall into a rut.

“And though I understand that cheating can happen to those who have children, because the stress can make people stray, I can’t really understand how someone free of any commitment could possibly choose to have four women at the same time. It must be like hell for a man,” he said, describing himself as a “romantic soul.”
