The Mac version of Deus Ex: Human Revolution - The Ultimate Edition will be released on April 26, Feral Interactive has announced. Deus Ex combines gameplay elements of first-person shooters with those of role-playing video games.
The studio issued an official announcement
today stating that, “When we began augmenting the Mac with Deus Ex: Human Revolution, we had no idea how powerful biotechnology could be; so it is with awe that we announce that on April 26th, Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Ultimate Edition will be released on the Mac.”
The Ultimate Edition contains the Explosive Mission and Tactical Enhancement packs, as well as The Missing Link DLC (downloadable content).
“The Ultimate Edition uncovers new layers of conspiracy with The Missing Link, a separate adventure that sheds new light on the events of Deus Ex: Human Revolution, and the Tactical Enhancement and Explosive Mission expansion packs, which contain a new mission and extra weapons and items for Adam Jensen to use in-game,” Feral said today.
“Gaze into a blinding future where cybernetic augmentations blur the boundary between man and machine by staring directly at the fully-augmented Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Ultimate Edition minisite.”
Deus Ex: Human Revolution - The Ultimate Edition requires Mac OS X 10.7.3 or later, a 2.0 GHz Intel Mac with a minimum 4GB RAM, 20GB of free storage space, and a 256MB graphics card (more is obviously better).
