The team is focused on Crota's End at the moment

Destiny is at the moment getting ready for the launch of the new hard mode for the Crota’s End raid, but the development team continues to gather data from the fan base and is talking about major game tweaks that might be introduced in the coming months.

A huge feedback thread, which is still getting reactions and comments from the community, shows how the shooter might evolve, and community manager Deej states that the most popular request so far has been for more Vault space.

This would allow all characters to store more items and would make it easier for them to adapt to new battlefield conditions.

It is unclear how bigger the Vault included in Destiny might become.

The community manager also says that many gamers are asking for transmogrification in Destiny, but it seems that at the moment this is not a priority for the development team at Bungie, given the reaction: “Known wish. Maybe someday. Hard to make a promise about that one.”

The process is linked to MMOs and basically allows gamers to change the look of their equipment while keeping the base stats, but that runs contrary to the philosophy of the developers, who want each piece of equipment on a Guardian to tell a story via its looks and stats.

Apparently, the fact that Lord Saladin takes the place of the Queen when Iron Banner is active is another major complaint from the player community.

Destiny is already preparing for House of Wolves

Even as Bungie is talking about potential improvements to the core mechanics, it is working on introducing more content to Destiny via a new major expansion.

A leak says that House of Wolves will be delivered as soon as March of this year on all platforms and will introduce as many raids and strikes as The Dark Below.

It will be interesting to see whether the level cap for Destiny is also increased and if Bungie also makes its new raid even harder than Crota’s End.

An even bigger expansion for the social shooter is expected to arrive later in 2015 and will offer some entirely new environments and other big changes to the main game features.
