Dennis Rodman is going back to North Korea and, while he’s still saying he doesn’t know anything about politics, he aims to re-open the political dialog with Kim Jong Un. Asked why, he says no one else can – and certainly not Obama.

In the video below, shot by TMZ paparazzi, Rodman says his August visit to North Korea is not in an official capacity but he hopes it will have a positive impact on the political scene.

He also boasts that it was his friendship with Kim Jong Un that got him to “put the missiles back” and blasts Obama for doing nothing about the situation.

“We got a black president [who] can't even go talk to [Jong-un]... Obama can't do [expletive], I don't know why he won't go talk to him,” Rodman says.

“Obama? [Expletive] him!” he adds.

In April this year, Dennis was saying he was an “FBI informant” but, in this new video, he says the FBI hasn’t even debriefed him about the visit.
