It's a vicious circle for Charlie Sheen, but it's certainly one that he has gotten himself into. Following their recent scandal, in which Sheen is looking to evict his former wife and their children from a house he owns in his neighborhood, it's now been revealed that Charlie has only himself to blame. The only reason Denise is living in his house located in his neighborhood is because their daughters go to school there, Radar claims. The girls were thrown out of their previous private school when Sheen took to Twitter to blast the educational facility.

One of his girls, Sam, was apparently being bullied. This infuriated Sheen who urged his followers on Twitter to send “dog poop” to the school.

His actions have caused his daughters to be dropped from the private school and their applications to other similar institutions denied.

At the time, Richards was living in her home located in Hidden Hills, California, but was forced to move to Sheen's house in order to be closer to the girls' school. Charlie's daughters are now taking classes at a school near his home, just 5 minutes away.

Now that Charlie is looking to evict Denise and the kids from the home he owns in the exclusive community of Mulholland Estates, the girls will be forced to move back to their mother's home.

The daily school commute will now take significantly more than 5 minutes. The car ride is said to last close to one hour.

The reason why Charlie decided to evict his family from his home was his new girlfriend, Brett Rossi. The adult actress is said to be extremely jealous of his former wife and can't stand driving by her house every day.

She and Sheen have been dating for little over a month.
