Actress Denise Richard has given birth to a 6 pounds beautiful baby-girl, named Lola, Wednesday night at a Los Angeles hospital, People magazine reports. The baby's father, Charlie Sheen was present to the birth and both mother and little girl are doing fine.

Denise Richard divorced Sheen in March, after a 3 years marriage. The ex couple have another girl, Sam, 15-month-old. In divorce papers filed March 2, Richards cited irreconcilable differences.

He declared in the press conference "We are deeply saddened by the recent events and out of care and concern for our daughter Sam, our unborn child, and each other, we ask that you respect our privacy during this difficult time".

The actors met while shooting the independent film Good Advice in 2000, and appeared in 2003's Scary Movie 3.
