Ashton Kutcher reportedly cheated on Demi Moore with a girl he picked up in a bar and who’s now spilling her guts to the press, which got many talking about the nasty, imminent, $290 million (€211.2 million) divorce.

As it turns out, a divorce may not even be the case here since the two are not legally married. The revelation comes in court papers filed in a new lawsuit against prominent Kabbalah members, Moore included.

Radar Online got a hold of the documents filed by one Marc Aisen, who claims he was stiffed by Madonna in a deal, which prompted him to do some digging in the cult.

He’s now accusing Kabbalah and Kabbalah members of racketeering and most likely wants to be awarded damages.

All this aside, he also makes an interesting revelation: as it turns out, Demi and Ashton were only “married” in a Kabbalah ceremony but they never got a marriage license.

The state of California doesn’t recognize common law marriages, so this could mean that the two have never been married despite claiming the contrary.

“Mr. Kutcher made a media circus out of his Kabbalah wedding to actress and hardcore Kabbalah cult member, Demi Moore, who is a longtime friend of the defendant Ms. Ciccone [Madonna],” Aisen writes.

He is representing himself in the case.

“As the ‘First Couple’ of organized Kabbalah, the ‘wedding’ presided over by defendant and alleged fraudster, Yehuda Berg — which I am pointing out again was not a private family affair, as all parties used it as a publicity stunt and invited media attention — was not a legal union, nor is the marriage according to California law,” Aisen further writes in court papers.

“Nor is the myth that there is such a thing as a traditional Kabbalah wedding as I can’t seem to find evidence in any book that such a ceremony was ever performed in history. It was a way to put a glamorous face on the weird witches which is antisocial in their every manifestation,” he adds.

Granted, there’s a good chance Mr. Aisen is just another person looking to capitalize on the scandal or even a total fraud.

However, what’s he’s saying could explain why Demi is reportedly so bent on saving the marriage, celebrity pundits believe: because she doesn’t want to be publicly humiliated when all these secrets come out to light.
