14 DAY TRIAL // Demi Moore wants out of the 6-year marriage with Ashton Kutcher, after she found out in the press that he’d been cheating on her – on their wedding anniversary no less. Fresh reports claim that Moore has already seen divorce attorneys.
The scandal broke a couple of weeks ago, when word got out in the press that Kutcher spent his and Demi’s 6th wedding anniversary picking up women in San Diego and taking them to his hotel room.
Neither has said anything yet about the state of their marriage, but it seems Demi is done talking. Radar Online claims she went to see a divorce attorney this Friday to finally end things with Ashton.
“Miss Moore has been totally humiliated. On Friday, therefore, she consulted a lawyer about getting a divorce,” an insider is quoted as saying.
Radar is also saying that divorce in their case is not something that either should take lightly, since it’s a lot of money at stake.
“As Radar Online has been reporting, Kutcher and Moore have a fortune estimated at $290 million that stands to be split in a divorce,” the e-zine writes.
Though neither star has addressed the rumors in any way yet, Star (Radar’s sister publication) has damning photos of Ashton taken on the night he is said to have cheated on his wife, as we also informed you last week.
Taken on a cell phone in San Diego, they show the actor surrounded by blonde beauties, one of which is believed to be the 23-year-old Sara Leal, who is also the one with whom he slept that night.
Reports have it she’s asking a lot of money to either tell her story or to keep mum, hoping that Ashton would throw it at her to keep quiet.
If Demi is indeed filing for divorce, her story might not even prove that interesting to the tabloids.
