14 DAY TRIAL // Demi Moore is sick and tired of being hounded by the paparazzi wherever she goes. The other day, she lashed out at one photographer and, as per his own words, hit him and hurled obscenities at him.
Since word got out that husband of 6 years Ashton Kutcher cheated on Demi on their wedding anniversary with a woman almost the same age as his eldest step-daughter, there's been a lot of talk on whether the marriage will survive.
Neither Ashton nor Demi has said anything about the scandal, but that's not stopping the paparazzi from asking.
One of them claims the actress completely lost her temper when he did so the other day, and attacked him, as X17 Online informs (the paparazzo works for X17).
“Demi hid behind her hands as she left a West Hollywood nail salon Friday morning, shielding her super skinny body as she made her wait to a chauffeur-driven car. Moore screamed obscenities, stunning on-lookers,” the e-zine writes.
The photographer says the actress lashed out at him and he's no thinking of pressing assault charges.
“Demi was upset. I was just standing on the sidewalk, trying to get a few shots of her and she didn't want any part of it. She definitely wants OUT of the spotlight,” the paparazzo says for X17.
He vouches the star hit him and tried to grab his camera, all the while hurling obscenities at him.
However, judging by the photos he took, TMZ underlines, he wasn't “just standing on the sidewalk,” since it's clear he was all up in Demi's personal space, shoving his camera in her face.
“Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the photographer (who was not TMZ) claims Moore struck him as he tried to shoot her yesterday. We're told it's unclear where Moore allegedly struck the photog, but he displayed no visible injuries,” the aforementioned media outlet writes.
“Judging from the photos of the incident, it appears the pap was way too close and in her face,” TMZ adds.
The paparazzo is now thinking about pressing charges, while Demi's camp remains mum on the topic.
