At the end of last month, the media first became alerted to the fact that, despite asking for a divorce, Demi Moore was still going by the Mrs. Kutcher moniker on Twitter. She's now explaining why she's in no rush to change it.

Fans must know the scandal that broke with rumors that Ashton Kutcher cheated on Demi with some random girl precisely on their sixth wedding anniversary.

After weeks of speculation and reported turmoil for the actress, she announced her decision to file for divorce, hinting that she was fed up with Ashton's infidelities.

Even so, she was still Mrs. Kutcher on Twitter, which prompted some to speculate that she was still harboring some hope for a reconciliation.

Today, Demi is speaking out, saying that people should probably not read too much into such small trifles as a Twitter handle.

Moreover, she has more pressing matters on her mind to deal with that right now.

“changing my twitter name isn't a top priority right now. sorry it bothers so many of u. should I not tweet until I do?does it really matter?” Demi asks.

It's safe to assume she will continue tweeting under the same handle and change it when she gets the chance, but not sooner than that and definitely not because some of her followers are telling her she should.

In other Demi-related news, while her soon to be ex Ashton is reportedly romancing Lea Michele, she too is picking up the pieces and moving on.

She even has a new man in her life too, as reports would have it.

His name is Scott-Vincent Borba and he's the founder of a celebrity-favorite cosmetics brand. He's also been a good friend of Demi's for years, and turned out to be her shoulder to cry on during the Ashton cheating scandal, as we also informed you a while back.
