Demi Moore Hints at Marital Trouble on Twitter

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are usually very active – if not the most active celebrities – on Twitter. Oddly enough, since reports started making the rounds again that they’re on the verge of divorce, they’ve been keeping mum.

Except for a little tweet from Demi that might actually hint that not all is well with her and Ashton.

Now that a woman has stepped forward to say that she and Ashton spent Friday night together, and that she knows for a fact he’s no longer with Demi, people are looking into their recent tweets for hint of trouble.

It came, as People magazine also notes, on September 24, when the actress tweeted a quote from Epictetus, hinting that something might be terribly wrong in her life.

“When we are offended at any man’s fault, turn to yourself & study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger,” she wrote.

While she didn’t say more (certainly nothing about the alleged marital trouble), voices online point out that she could only be talking about Ashton’s infidelities.

The fact that they spent their sixth wedding anniversary the other night apart only seems to strengthen the belief that they are having problems in their marriage, problems they might not overcome so easily this time.

“Kutcher arrived in San Diego on Sept. 23 for a weekend of partying with his former That ‘70s Show costar Danny Masterson. Among their stops: Fluxx nightclub, where they had a VIP table. The actor also refrained from Tweeting anything on his wedding anniversary,” People informs.

TMZ has photos of Ashton partying alone and says that, while it’s not uncommon for spouses to spend their anniversary apart because of work commitments, it certainly is if the husband goes clubbing on his own.

“Moore, 48, has been in New York City to promote the short film she directed as part of Lifetime’s TV anthology, Five. The actress attended the premiere along with Jennifer Aniston, who also directed a short, on Monday night,” People further writes.

As we also informed you earlier today, the woman claiming to be Kutcher’s mistress has gone into hiding and has contracted a high-powered attorney to represent her.
