They managed to keep quiet while speculation ran rampant in the press that he had cheated on her with yet another woman, but Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are now making a statement on how solid their marriage is.
After a week of tabloid reports that they were very close to announcing their divorce after 6 years of marriage, Demi and Ashton have made their first public appearance since scandal broke.
X17 Online has photos of them leaving a Kabbalah center in Los Angeles together and, if that’s not enough confirmation that nothing is wrong in their marriage, they’re also wearing their wedding rings.
They don’t say that a picture is worth a thousand words for nothing.
“Demi and Ashton were really dressed up for today’s service. While Ashton pulled up in their black Lexus, Demi exited out of a side door of the Kabbalah Centre and quickly jumped in the car,” one of the agency’s paparazzi says.
“She clearly did not want to be photographed,” he adds. Ashton was in just as vile a mood, the pap goes on to say.
“Ashton really looked worried. He wasn't really in a good mood – his M.O. was definitely to get into the Centre and get out without being seen,” says the photographer.
Even with this public show of unity, there still are plenty of reports suggesting that, on the night Ashton hooked up with Sara Leal in San Diego (precisely on the night when he and Demi celebrated their 6th wedding anniversary), he was out to meet ladies.
X17 also has photos of the actor on the night, when he went clubbing with friends – and insiders say he was scanning the crowd to see which girls were the hottest so that he could take one home with him at the end of the night.
“Ashton was having a blast in the VIP section drinking with his buddies. Then his group went to the dance floor and he was checking out the girls while they danced,” an eyewitness says.
“Out loud he said, ‘None of these girls are hot tub-worthy.’ He didn’t seem to care who was listening,” the spy further explains.
For the time being, Demi and Ashton have not said anything on the record about the latest allegations or the state of their marriage.
