Small businesses owners based in the United States could win $75,000 in cash and prizes by entering the newly launched America’s Favorite Small Business contest born from a partnership between Dell, Microsoft and MasterCard.
Dell’s America’s Favorite Small Business official website is already live, as are Facebook and YouTube pages designed to offer insight into the initiative.
Watch the two video embedded at the bottom of this article to get an idea of what the contest is all about, as well as an example of a small business success story.
“We’re partnering with Dell on a contest to find the next small business that is trailblazing new ground,” revealed Microsoft’s Alex Heaton.
“Tell Dell why your business is unique and how you would benefit from the chance to win over $75,000 in cash and prizes. This includes $25,000 in Dell products loaded with Windows 7 Professional and Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010 as well as a $50,000 prepaid card from MasterCard. “
But if the prizes enumerated above just aren’t incentive enough to enter the America’s Favorite Small Business contest, maybe the cherry on top will be.
Because what’s success in today’s world without being able to share it with as many people as possible. This is why the winner of America’s Favorite Small will also have the option to reach the public via their very own small business reality show.
“Dell―in partnership with Microsoft and MasterCard―invites you to create and submit a video about your business. Our jury will select 10 finalists but America will ultimately decide the winner,” reads an excerpt of the contest’s description from Dell.
The videos will need to be shared with the world via either YouTube or Facebook, according to Dell. There are already a number of entries on YouTube which can be viewed by all visitors.
