Computer maker Dell was among the first manufacturers in the world to come to the market with a tablet PC that packed Google's Android operating system, the Dell Streak, which boasted only a small 5-inch touchscreen display, but it seems that the company aims big with new devices in the Streak family.

The first larger tablet PC already arrived from Dell, in the form of Dell Streak 7, a powerful, dual-core based device, but it seems that another Streak is in the pipeline, with an even larger screen.

With many other handset vendors already launching 10-inch Android-based tablet PCs, it was only a matter of time before Dell joined the party too.

Nothing is official for the time being, but recently leaked documents suggest that the company might be set to bring to shelves a 10-inch tablet sometime in June, under the name of Dell Streak Pro.

These details come from a leaked Dell roadmap, which also unveils a series of hardware specifications for the new device.

Apparently, the company would aim at packing the device with a WXGA touchscreen display (1280 x 800 pixels resolution).

Moreover, the new device should be powered by an NVIDIA Tegra T25 application processor, which should provide increased performance capabilities, that's for sure.

On top of that, the upcoming tablet PC is said to include 2 microphones, along with a webcam for video conversations, as well as all the usual features that one would find inside a tablet PC.

The Dell Streak Pro would run under Google's Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating system, and should boast the Dell Stage 1.5 user interface on top of it.

From what can be extracted from this leaked document, the upcoming Dell Streak Pro is indeed set to prove a great device, capable of competing with Motorola's XOOM, or with Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets.

However, as stated above, nothing was confirmed on its existence for the time being, though more should emerge soon, so stay tuned to learn the news.
