Computer maker Dell announced recently that it had made the first steps into the smartphone market with the launch of its new Mini 3 handsets. According to the company, the phones are to be launched in China on the airwaves of China Mobile, as well as in Brazil, with Claro, which is part of the largest mobile phone network in the Americas, America Movil.
According to Dell
, the launch of Mini 3 shows the company's commitment to mobile devices and to Internet services through its partnership with carriers around the world.
