Deja-Vu: Britney Not Wearing Panties, J.Lo in Labor...

You have to agree with me when I say that there are some stars out there who simply have no imagination whatsoever. As in, nothing. Nada. Zip. I'm talking about those ladies who at one point decided they really enjoy being talked about (in the media, that is) for doing one thing and one thing alone – and have been sticking to this self-imposed routine day and night ever since. Take Britney Spears and frumpy diva Jennifer Lopez. I know it may seem that they're at different ends of the scale, but believe it or not, they actually have one thing in common: they both enjoy doing the same annoying thing again and again – to our utmost despair and – sometimes – disgust.

For Britney, it's the vagina flashes. She just loves showing off her coochie – as disgusting, tactless and annoying as that may sound. This girl is absolutely phenomenal: she just won't put on underwear if her life depended on it. If you remember, I wrote a post yesterday about how Brit Brit decided to step out for some dinner with her daddy and once again flashed her private parts to the camera. Well, she did it again today like she did it a million times in the past. Why? Well, that sure is a question for the ages. Because she can, because she wants to show the world that she doesn't give a crap about decency, because she's on drugs, because she's not on drugs... who knows. The fact is, Brit Brit flashing her vagina is a certainty, pretty much like the sun rising. Now doesn't that thought make you feel all happy and self-assured?

With J.Lo, it's... well, pretty much all things related to her pregnancy. It took her four months (or was it five?) to officially announce what everybody else knew for sure, and now – once again – she hasn't quite made up her mind about when to give birth. So, every day for the past month, it's been "J.Lo is giving birth! J.Lo is having her twins any minute now". But you gotta hand it to Jenny – she really managed to milk it for all it's worth and secured herself a staggering deal with People magazine, which will pay her $6 million for exclusive photos of the babies, after they are born. So you see, it's been worth the hassle apparently. But what about our nerves and our stomachs? That, I'm afraid, is another question for the ages...
