The defense in the Jodi Arias murder case is asking that jurors disclose their Twitter handles before the sentencing phase of the trial.

As I told you, Arias was convicted of her murder and she could be facing the death penalty. Her trial started in January and has been grabbing headlines ever since.

The AP informs that her lawyers have filed a motion that would make jurors make their accounts known, in order to insure that the proper proceedings in the trial are followed.

They must not discuss the trial with anyone outside the court. However, an alternate juror has had a conversation with a journalist on Twitter after the first trial phase.

She allegedly mentioned Arias in said Twitter discussion. She has also discussed her personality and anger on Twitter, Daily Dot writes.
