Deep in the Fungal Forest, a Battle for Survival Consumes Two Sides: the Badgers and the Snakes

We have here a tiny hide and seek map built using the Underground tileset. This map supports up to 11 players (eight Badgers and three Snakes). The evil Snakes have mutated into something sinister that threatens to destroy the cute mushroom loving badgers.

Badger Tag is similar to the other great tag maps out there. The Badgers must hide from the Snakes and survive for 20 minutes. If a Badger is killed, then they enter the Circle of Death jail area as a Badger spirit. To free the captured spirit, a fellow Badger must tag it out by attacking the spirit attacking the spirit. If at least one Badger is alive when the timer hits zero, the Badgers win the game. If all the Badgers are killed by the Snakes before the time runs out, the Snakes win.

As a Snake, you have six abilities to take advantage of. Read their description and see what skill suits you the best. Use your Demolish skill to hack a path through the Fungal Forest. At the top left and bottom right of the Forest is your local Reptile Mart, from were you can purchase useful items and enhancements.

When you kill a Badger, you send their spirit to the circle of Death, while earning experience and an 80-copper reward. Make sure the captured spirits do not escape their prison.

Badgers have an Ultra Vision skill that allows them to see invisible units for 20 seconds, so beware. Badgers can also grow invisible mushrooms. Use your Far Sight and Cobra Sentries to spot them. Badgers can buy items to use to their advantage, so be careful, you never know what those furry critters can do. Hunt as a team with your fellow Snakes and you'll be victorious in no time.

As a Badger, you must avoid getting killed by the Snakes. You need to grow your mushrooms wisely. Select mushrooms depending on each situation. You will also be able to throw a rock at those pesky Serpent Scouts knocking them out of the sky. To find and kill Cobra Sentries, you will have to use your Ultra Vision.

At the bottom left and top right of the map, you can find shops from where you can buy items that will expand your life span. Use the terrain as a friend, finding defensive positions and chocking points to grow mushrooms.

You can clear paths in the Fungal Forest by using your Eat Mushroom skill. You can find nice hiding spots deep in the forest. If one of your fellow Badgers is in danger, do everything in your power to save him.

Work as a team with your fellow Badgers while finding strategies to outwit and outlast the Snakes.
