The development team at High Moon Studios has revealed that Domino will be a character in the upcoming Deadpool video game and offered the first information on her inclusion while impersonating the main character himself.

Speaking to VG247, a representative from High Moon Studios stated, “She is smokin’ hot. And if that wasn’t enough (it totally is) she also knows how to handle a gun which turns me on. She has a soft spot for pancakes in large volumes, loves blowing things up, knows my GUY (sorry, spoilers!) AND she owes me a date. “

When asked about how Domino would differ from her comic book self, the Deadpool impersonator added, “Why would you take a work of art like Domino and mess with her? She’s got that lucky feeling that a person wants to be a part of”

Domino, real-world Neena Thurman, was first introduced during 1992 and the character is a member of the X-Force team which itself is a spin-off from X-Men, one of the best known organizations in the Marvel cast of characters.

The main superpower of Domino is that she is superbly lucky, a direct result of a government program that wanted to create a supersoldier.

She was deemed to be a failure but her power allows her to telekinetically affect the environment around her to make the improbable, but not the impossible, happen.

Domino has been involved in a number of major events in the X-Men universe and she has a long personal history with Deadpool.

High Moon Studios has already said that it wants to create a game that stays true to the essence of Deadpool, who is known affectionately among fans as the ”merc with a mouth.”

The Deadpool video game will be launched on the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360 during 2013.
