Today, Madfinger Games, the popular publisher of mobile games such as Shadowgun and Dead Trigger, announced the upcoming availability of Dead Trigger 2 for Android and iOS on October 23.

In addition to announcing the upcoming availability of the title, Madfinger Games has also released a video of the game, so as to provide users with a glimpse of what will be coming soon.

Dead Trigger 2 will land on mobile devices as a first-person zombie shooter arcade game, enabling users to engage in battles against zombies for the control of the earth.

The main feature of the new mobile game is the fact that it is played out in real time, the company also announced.

“This real time and never-ending story will be affected by the behavior of every single player,” explains Marek Rabas, CEO at Madfinger Games.

Future updates for the title will be meant to shift the location of the action. However, the development of the software will be greatly influenced by players, the publisher also announced.

Starting with October 23, Android and iOS users will be able to enjoy Dead Trigger 2 in a free-to-play format. They will also take advantage of enhanced graphic effects meant to push the boundaries of graphics on mobile devices.

“You’ll be amazed at the Realistic Water Reflections, Dynamic Shadows, Dynamic Light Projectors and Dynamic Grass,” promises Pavel Cizek, project leader and graphic artist at Madfinger Games.

According to the mobile game publisher, the new title will also come to mobile devices with Per-pixel Lighting and Advanced Ragdoll Physics.

Madfinger Games released the first title in the Dead Trigger series back in 2012, and has managed to turn it into a blockbuster.

Until now, the mobile game has seen over 22 million downloads on Android and iOS devices, and has received a great deal of awards, being also included in the App Store Best of 2012.
