Xbox 360 owners can get the demo early if they sign up on a special website

Electronic Arts and Visceral Games have confirmed that they’re going to release a special demo for Dead Space 3 on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms in January, ahead of the game's actual launch in February.

Dead Space 3 is eagerly awaited by millions of gamers from around the world as after the pretty successful release of the first two games, lots of people want to see how Isaac Clarke's adventure will continue in the new title.

We already saw quite a lot of videos and screenshots with action survival game and now developer Visceral together with publisher EA have confirmed that a demo will be publicly released for the PS3 and Xbox 360 next month.

More specifically, owners of the two consoles will be able to try out Dead Space 3 on January 22, 2013.

Xbox 360 owners who can't wait until then, however, can take advantage of a special promotion that can give them early access to the demo. All they have to do is register their interest on this page, link their Origin accounts, and share the promotion on either Facebook or Twitter.

"In the demo, players will be thrust into deep space terror when unwilling hero – Isaac Clarke – and all-new co-op companion – Sergeant John Carver – crash land on Tau Volantis, an unforgiving ice planet teeming with Necromorphs."

Dead Space 3 is set to appear on February 5, in North America, and February 8, in Europe, for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
