14 DAY TRIAL // Dead Island: Riptide, the upcoming zombie brawler from Techland and Deep Silver, has just received a brand new gameplay trailer titled "They Thought Wrong" that showcases a lot of new footage from the game as well as the newest playable survivor.
Dead Island was a surprise hit managing to impress millions of players with its delightful and quite varied gameplay that allowed users to wield all sorts of objects against the undead, from canoe paddles, to swords or guns.
Now, with Dead Island: Riptide, developer Techland and publisher Deep Silver are planning on adding new adventures as well as fresh weapons and more imaginative environments.
In order to showcase these improvements, a brand new video has appeared, showing the survivors of the first game as well as the new character, John Morgan, as they try to survive on a brand new island filled with zombies.
Dead Island: Riptide is out on April 23, in North America, and April 26, in Europe, for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
