Japanese company DeNA has announced that it is now working with Chinese social network Kiaixin001 to expand its Mobage social gaming network to one of the fastest growing markets in the world.

The deal means that all those who use Kiaixin001, which means more than 120 million people, can now use their already issued identification information and passwords in order to log into Mobage China and are then able to download the application for Android phones and then download localized versions for a number of popular Japanese mobile video games.

DeNA has already stated that it planned to seek out and recruit other partners for the Chinese market, with possible targets including both Tencent, which has more than 700 million monthly users, and Sina WEibo, which can deliver an audience of about 250 million per month.

The Chinese video game market is expected to grow in the coming years to close to 800 million people but entering this space is hard because of regulation from the government.
