David Jaffe and Jenova Chen Work on Secret New Project

David Jaffe, the video game developer best known for creating Twisted Metal and working on the first two God of War titles, says that he is currently working on a new secret project with Jenova Chen, the leader of thatgamecompany, although no clear details have been offered.

The veteran game maker states via Twitter: “Backing out of garage,off2LA for top secret project w/the daddy of Flower and Journey- will spill tha beanz tonite!”

thatgamecompany has quickly become known for its interesting game concepts, as seen in both Flower and Journey and the company has previously announced that it is working on more titles with Sony.

Given that Jaffe also has a special working relationship with the publisher, the new game will probably only be launched on the PlayStation 3 or on the next home console from Sony.
