World-famous illusionist David Copperfield was completely “freaked out” when his plane had to make an emergency landing in Peoria, IL. Check out what he had to say about it in the video below.

Copperfield was on his way to New York from Las Vegas, when he learned that the plane would be brought to the ground because of some issues he doesn’t get into.

“We were 37,000 feet in the air and I recorded (the strange noise) because it was lasting for a long time,” he says for The Today via the Internet.

“I heard this sound (crackling), and it wouldn't stop. I felt kind of freaked out and they told us we have to go back for our descent. We were going in a spiral with G-force, and we finally got to the ground... and it turned out there was snow all around,” he adds.

Throughout the entire emergency maneuver, Copperfield kept tweeting. He was relieved to finally touch ground again, admitting to being “freaked out” by the entire experience.
