LG Shine has been launched in November in Korea and since then it has become a huge success, already outselling its Chocolate brother. This is why the person to represent the phone must be equally successful.

David Blaine, the famous illusionist has signed a deal with LG in order to become the face of the stylish BlackLabel series LG Shine.

The Shine's launch in London will be accompanied by David Blaine's performance in the same theater where the legendary Houdini became famous in the "world of illusion" 100 years ago.

This will also be the first time that David Blaine interacts directly with his British fans and he will mingle with guests to demonstrate the reason he was crowned King of Cards.

Before his visit, David Blaine has become the subject of unique images depicting a stylized modern day King of Cards that are available on request.

And in my opinion the people there will have a pretty hard time deciding to what they should pay more attention: to the Shine or to David Blaine. The LG Shine is mainly about looks and design but does come with some pretty nice features including a 2.2 inch screen with a mirrored effect and a 240 x 320 pixel resolution, a 2 megapixel camera with flash, 1GB internal memory, an MP3 player and all the usual stuff you'd find in a mobile phone.

As with its Chocolate brother, looks come first but it does bring some nice features to keep most of the users out there happy. The LG Shine comes with a 'magic mirror' front that disappears when the phone slides open, therefore in a way, the phone and David Blaine are a perfect match.
