14 DAY TRIAL // There is no plan right now for a David Beckham biopic but, if there was, Mr. Golden Balls himself knows exactly who he’d like to have play him in the movie: Brad Pitt.
“In a British radio interview, 38-year-old Becks was asked who he'd cast as himself in a biopic, and he didn't hesitate to name the dad of six as his dream portrayer,” Life&Style magazine reports.
However, Mr. Beckham isn’t entirely hung up on Pitt because he’d also settle for Leonardo DiCaprio or Bradley Cooper if Brad couldn’t do it, saying that “they’re not bad-looking guys.” You don’t say.
Even though he clearly meant it as a joke, the Internet has already run wild with the idea, even proposing Angelina Jolie for the role of Victoria Beckham. You can’t have a biopic without the wife, can you?
This would be Brad and Angelina’s first film together since “Mr. and Mrs. Smith,” the action flick on whose set they’re believed to have fallen in love, even though he was still married to Jennifer Aniston at the time.
Fans have been beginning for a reunion ever since, so it’s no wonder they’re clutching at straws with this report. In other words, I don’t think this will happen. Ever.
