You don’t mess with Dave Grohl, especially if you’re at a Foo Fighters concert. During a recent gig in London, the rocker interrupted a song to admonish an unruly fan who was picking up fights with fellow concertgoers.

Video of the incident is below, embedded at the end of the article – and it’s already making waves in the blogosphere.

Known as the gentleman rocker, Grohl doesn’t even hesitate when he notices some commotion in the moshpit at London’s Roundhouse, where he and the Foo Fighters were performing at the iTunes festival.

“No, no, no, no, no, stop. You don’t [expletive]-ing fight at my show, [expletive]-hole,” the rocker said in the microphone, after making sure the music was off.

“Who’s fighting right now? Who’s fighting? Let me see you... Hey, in the striped shirt, look at me, look at me. Get the [expletive] out of my show right now,” he added, as the crowd was already cheering him loudly.

“You don’t come to my show and fight, you come to my show and dance, you [expletive]-hole!” Grohl added, explaining to the disobedient fan why he was being kicked out.

After that, he felt the need to explain to the other fans as well why he wanted the jerk in the striped shirt out: because he has zero tolerance for hecklers who might ruin the experience for the other concertgoers.

“I don’t put up with that bull[expletive]. You people come here to have a good time and that guy can [expletive] off!” he yelled into the microphone.

After the interruption, Grohl resumed the song where he had left off and the night passed without further incidents.

Useless to note, reaction to the video and the way Grohl handled the problem has been amazing, with the media and fans alike saying he’s not only a true rock star, but a very considerate one as well.
