We have found out that the Homeworld license is now linked to Gearbox Software, but a number of other THQ properties were sold at the company’s final auction, bringing in another 6.55 million dollars (5.02 million Euro) to help settle its debt.

Darksiders and Red Faction, two high-profile series, are now owned by publisher Nordic Games.

The company has also acquired an unnamed game and smaller titles including MX versus ATV, Destroy all Humans! and Summoner.

New information from THQ, quoted by AllGamesBeta, reveals that Gearbox Software has acquired Homeworld for the bargain price of 1.35 million dollars (823,000 Euro).

505 Games picked up Drawn to Life and Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter.

A court has to clear the sales, which THQ expects to happen on May 13.

At the moment, the publisher owns no other intellectual property and has virtually disappeared from the market.
