Darksiders II Gets Second Cinematic “Death Strikes” Video

THQ and Vigil Games have released the second video in the “Death Strikes” series, continuing the cinematic adventures of Death, the main protagonist from the upcoming Darksiders II hack and slash adventure game.

Darksiders II has just received a new release date and THQ wants to make sure lots of people are eagerly awaiting the game that will come out this August.

As such, the second part in the Death Strikes video series has been made available, showing off Death as he takes on a hulking monster, after defeating a series of smaller ones in the first video that appeared earlier this year.

You get to admire both Death, as well as his trusty horse, but also the unique powers of this horseman of the apocalypse, which are used against the giant beast.

Darksiders II is set to appear on August 14 for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, but also for the Nintendo Wii U later this year.
