Darksiders 2 is going to receive its first bit of downloadable content in the form of the Argul’s Tomb expansion next week, on September 25, for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 platforms.

Darksiders II came out back in August and delighted fans with many hours of high quality hack and slash action that saw the protagonist, Death, fight his way through hordes of enemies and mythical beings.

Now, the game’s first big expansion – Argul’s Tomb – is getting ready to be released next week, bringing with it two new icy dungeons filled with fresh enemies that offer legendary loot.

Don’t forget that the Argul’s Tomb DLC will be available as a free download for those who got the game’s Limited Edition, as their copies of the game have a special voucher that can be redeemed once it goes live next week.
