Darksiders 2 Abyssal Forge DLC Set for October 30 Release

Vigil Games have just announced the upcoming availability of the second DLC for its highly-acclaimed Darksiders 2 title. Dubbed Abyssal Forge, the new DLC will be available for download on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on October 30.

Keep in mind that PS3 owners in Europe will have to wait until October 31 in order to download the Abyssal Forge DLC.

Joystiq reports the upcoming expansion pack will be priced higher than the previous Argul's Tomb DLC, so players will have to come up with 9.99 USD/9.99 EUR or 800 MSP for this one.

The expansion pack adds new content in the form of a new area called Shadow Lands, which includes two dungeons, new enemies and more unique loot. Vigil also stated that this new DLC would include “the hardest enemies and puzzles yet.”
