Farlan Entertainment, publisher of Dark and Light announced that a special thanks has just been extended to seventeen intrepid Settlers of Ganareth players who saved the land of Ganareth from the fearsome "Dragons of the Apocalypse." Beginning with last week, these players, each resourceful enough to locate one
dragon's egg secreted away somewhere within Ganareth, are eligible to activate a free lifetime membership to Dark and Light using their Dark and Light activation key, thereby enabling them to play at no cost for as long as Dark and Light exists.

"The thousands of players who registered for our Settlers of Ganareth pre-opening phase stood by our game through some challenging times. These free memberships, given to the winners of the "Dragon of the Apocalypse" quest, are one way for us to thank people who involved themselves in Dark and Light," said Frederick Caille, CEO of Farlan Entertainment. "With other favors and perks planned for the future, we encourage our loyal fans to continue experiencing the fun and adventure that is Dark and Light."

Settlers who undertook the quest were asked to decipher clues from enigmas issued by an oracle. These enigmas, issued weekly, eventually led seventeen players to eggs that were hidden by the evil Dragoon in his attempt to launch a new race of terrifying, cross-bred dragons-creatures certain to inflict mayhem throughout the land of Ganareth.
