Dark Souls players on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles can now download the long-awaited Artorias of the Abyss DLC for the game, which was previously only available in the Prepare to Die edition that came out on the PC.

Dark Souls impressed legions of role-playing game fans last year, when it appeared on the PS3 and Xbox 360 and continued, much like its predecessor, Demon’s Souls, to deliver an extremely challenging experience.

The game was ported earlier this year onto the PC, in the form of the Prepare to Die Edition, which included a brand new expansion named Artorias of the Abyss.

Now, that same add-on is available for purchase on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles for those who already have the regular version of the RPG.

In case you forgot, the DLC includes new maps and environments, new enemies and bosses, as well as plenty of new weapons and armor.

The Artorias of the Abyss DLC for Dark Souls costs $14.99/€14.99/1200 MS Points, according to Destructoid.
