It seems that the PC version of Dark Souls 2 will be launched on May 31, which means that fans of the platform will need to wait for the game for more than two months after the release on the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3.

The information comes from a listing on Amazon and the team at publisher Namco Bandai has not offered any official comment on the date.

The team at From Software has already said that it wants all versions of Dark Souls 2 to deliver a great experience, although the PC will receive some special attention.

The first title in the series was ported with a number of issues that the fan community was forced to fix and the developers have promised that the problems will not happen again with the sequel.

Dark Souls 2 will be out on March 11 in North America and three days later in Europe on home consoles.
