Glamour model Danielle Lloyd strikes a pose for calendar just 3 months after giving birth

British glamour model Danielle Lloyd gave birth no more than 3 months ago but she’s already posing for a very revealing calendar. Her secret for her incredible figure: grueling workouts.

Danielle didn’t gain a lot of weight while pregnant but, still, being able to pose in a two-piece swimsuit so soon after giving birth means she had to put in a lot of effort to prepare.

She reportedly shed about 13kg in a little over two months but, unlike many other celebrities, she could not afford to do so by going on a crash diet because, as TheBluntBlogger notes, she had her child to think of.

So, the model started eating very healthy and, above all, working out like crazy. The results are clearly visible in the new calendar.

“Danielle decided against the dangers of crash dieting and with the help of her personal trainer Paul Sampson, who is a former England Rugby player and the husband of TV presenter Kirsty Gallacher, she went on a healthy eating program and rigorous exercise regime,” the e-zine notes.

“Thanks to all her hard work the model has lost over two stone and is looking better than ever,” says the same publication.

In other words, where other female stars (reportedly) choose to replace every meal with Diet Coke, cigarettes and water, Danielle opted for health – and her example is the best in terms of what determination and routine can do for one.

Danielle and Jamie O’Hara welcomed into the world their first child three months ago. Shortly afterwards, the couple postponed the wedding, prompting talk of how not all was well in paradise.

To put an end to the rumors, Danielle told the media that the reason she chose to postpone her nuptials was her post-partum depression.

Working out by such a physically demanding schedule must have surely helped her overcome it, besides making her look this stunning.
