14 DAY TRIAL // Danielle is 33 years old, from Texas and is addicted to eating vapor rubs. Her strange obsession is documented on the latest episode of TLC’s “My Strange Addiction,” a preview of which is available above.
She recalls how her addiction started about 20 years ago, when she had a cold and she used vapor rub and inhalers to bounce back to health quicker.
Since then, she’s been eating it on a daily basis, almost non-stop. Danielle can’t go for more than 30 minutes without a sniff or a taste.
However, she’s into more than the vapor rub: she’s found that candles and patches also help her with satisfying her craving.
She’s so hooked on the stuff that she even adds vapor rub to her morning tea – and is obviously ignorant of how her little daughter feels about it.
