Daniel Radcliffe seems to emerge from puberty with an attraction to certain American actresses, according to Contactmusic.

The 16-year-old actor, who has grown upon the big screen, fancies two of the sexiest young actresses in the U.S.

"I watched GARDEN STATE and fell in love with NATALIE PORTMAN. Or I would take SCARLETT JOHANSSON too", the Harry Potter series star confessed.

Daniel Radcliffe has recently revealed that he was terrified that he had to play a nude scene in the latest movie of the series, 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire'. During that scene, he is seen bathing while he tries to work out a clue to help him with the Triwizard tournament.

Daniel declared, on his website, danradcliffe.com: "I haven't actually seen the bit because basically I sort of come in with this dressing gown on and in theory I'm naked underneath.
I actually had a pair of flesh-colored underwear on which was just like really something you'd never want to wear!".

Radcliffe added: "I've not actually seen the bit where you see me with my top half undressed but I've seen the bit after that where I'm just in the bath. It is very funny with Moaning Myrtle. It's a really good scene, but I'm sort of a bit nervous about seeing that in the cinema".

In December 1999, Daniel made his first on-screen appearance as the young David Copperfield in "David Copperfield", the BBC's televised version of the Dickens novel David Copperfield.

This was followed in 2001 by his first film appearance, as Mark Pendel in "The Tailor of Panama". In 2001, he starred in his most remembered role, that of Harry Potter, in "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" and "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets".

Furthermore, he is a much achieved actor in the UK as well.
In 2002, he had a role in the play "The Play What I Wrote", directed by Kenneth Branagh, a production well known for its "surprise guest".

In 2004 and 2005 he returned to the Potter franchise in "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban".
He reprised the role of Harry in "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire", scheduled for a November 2005 release.

Radcliffe has also starred in the independent Australian film "December Boys", directed by Rod Hardy.

Within the next year and in 2007, he again will put on the famous lightning-bolt shaped scar and round glasses in the fifth Harry Potter film "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix."
