14 DAY TRIAL // Jimmy Fallon likes to put his guests in uncomfortable situations. He goes out of his way to come up with these intricate pranks and games, just to throw celebrities off and to pull them out of their comfort zones, but his latest plant to stump Daniel Radcliffe backfired.
The British young actor, mostly known for his role in the “Harry Potter” movies, came on the show to promote his newest film, “Horns,” and he was challenged by the impetuous talk show host to rap one of the hardest songs in the history of rap.
The song is called “Alphabet Aerobics” and was originally sung by Blackalicious. Jimmy hoped that he would convince Daniel to back down, but the actor picked up the gauntlet and would not only throw it back in Jimmy's face, but he would make a point out of stuffing it down his throat too, if you take into consideration the fact that he kills it.
With the backing music performed by The Roots and with Jimmy standing in the background and holding up the cue cards with the letters of the alphabet, Daniel got through the entire song, without missing one word or skipping one beat.
Needless to say, Jimmy was left open-mouthed at this rapping prowess of what he described as “the trickiest song I know.” The audience was impressed too as they all gave him a standing ovation at the end.
