On Wednesday, Daniel, one of the many Baldwin brothers was involved in a serious car accident and had to be hospitalized. The actor was driving a rented Ford with a suspended license.

Police officers saw him weaving in and out of traffic, immediately after smashing in two parked vehicles. One of them, a Hummer, was pushed about 20 feet by the force of the impact.

Baldwin and a woman passenger, whose identity hasn't been revealed, have been taken to the hospital to get medical attention. The actor was complaining of back and neck pains but didn't seem to be hurt too bad.

The actor wasn't arrested or taken for interrogation because of his condition, but an investigation will soon be initiated. He may be charged with speeding (80 miles per hour in a 35-limit area), driving without a license and under the influence.

No other persons were hurt in the accident and Baldwin's spokesperson refused to make any comment on the whole situation. This is not Daniel's first brush off with the law as, in March 2006, he was arrested and charged with drug violations, after police found cocaine on his person.
