DVDStyler, a cross-platform, free DVD authoring application that allows video enthusiasts to create professional-looking DVDs, is now at version 2.7.2 and is available for download.

DVDStyler is a piece of software that can be primarily used to create and burn DVD-Videos with interactive menus, but it also allows users to design their own DVDs. Even if this activity seems to be going away, this is still a very powerful application with a lot of cool features.

According to the changelog, FFMpeg has been updated to the current snapshot version (only for the Windows platform), the title selection menu has been fixed, and burning from command line is now working properly.

A few of the fixes implemented in DVDStyler 2.7.2 don't apply to the Linux version, but we'll still mention them. For Mac OS X a DMG package has been created, the preview using VLC media player has been fixed and is now working as it should, and some bugs have been corrected.

A complete list of changes and updates implemented so far can be found in the official changelog. You can also check out a comprehensive review we made for this software.

You can download DVDStyler 2.7.2 right now from Softpedia.
