DROID Incredible 2 is reportedly the latest addition to Verizon Wireless' DROID lineup, coming straight from HTC, the same as the original Incredible, and making an appearance on Best Buy's website, in the latest buyer's guide from the company.

The handset was not officially confirmed as of yet, nor did it receive a specific release date as of now, but it seems that it might not be too long before Big Red makes it available for its users.

The mobile phone can be seen in the said catalog at Best buy with a “coming soon” tag attached to it, and already made an appearance at Wirefly with a possible April 28th launch date, but Verizon is still mum on it.

However, all of the latest rumors on the matter point towards an almost here availability of the new mobile phone.

We had the chance to see the Incredible 2 in leaked photos, and we've also spotted it in Verizon's internal systems, not to mention that a showcase app for it made an appearance in the Android Market only recently.

Hopefully, the emergence of DROID Incredible 2 in Best Buy's said catalog would indeed be the last piece of the puzzle, before Verizon formally announces the handset.

The DROID Incredible 2 should arrive on shelves at Big Red's own flavor of HTC Incredible S, which was unveiled in February during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, and which is already available for purchase in various markets around the world.

The phone should arrive with a 4-inch screen, a 1GHz application processor, 1.1GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 32GB of additional storage space, an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, and more.

The handset would offer support for Verizon's CDMA network, as well as WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, GPS receiver, 3.5mm headphone jack, and support for Google Mobile Services, as well as for applications available for download via the Android Market.

Head to Best Buy here to see the Incredible 2 in retailer's catalog, and keep an eye on this space for more info on the phone's arrival.
