Although much of the DROID Bionic specs are already known, none have been confirmed by the manufacturer until today.

Fortunately, the guys over at DroidLife were able to take a screenshot of the smartphone's full specs directly from the Motorola MotoDev website.

As it is shown in the picture the model number is wrong, as the smartphone appears under the codename of the original Bionic, Motorola XT865.

However, the specs listed under the XT865 moniker are those of the actual DROID Bionic, thus confirming that the upcoming smartphone will be a beast among the Android devices.

It is also worth mentioning that Motorola pulled the specs of the DROID Bionic, which is not surprising if we take into consideration that the device will be released only next month.

Even though the information does not reveal any new details about the DROID Binoic specs, at least it's a confirmation of what's to come.

Motorola DROID Bionic is expected to hit shelves next month and comes with a large 4.3-inch qHD capacitive touchscreen with 16 million colors and 540 x 960 pixels resolution.

Furthermore, the smartphone is powered by Google's Android 2.3.4 (Gingerbread) platform and is equipped with a dual-core 1GHz OMAP4430 processor with an ULP GeForce GPU (graphics processing unit).

Instead of the rumored 2-megapixel front-facing camera, the handset sports a basic VGA secondary camera for video chats.

In addition, it boasts an 8-megapixel photo snapper, as well as 16GB of internal memory, 1GB of RAM, 512 of ROM and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).

Other features listed on MotoDev website include: HDMI 1.4, Webtop capabilities, as well as 4G LTE network support.

Android fans who expect the DROID Bionic to go live at Verizon Wireless should know that this won't come cheap at all, unless the phone is purchased with a long term contract.
