For 8,190 yen, these models actually hold more than just their leg up

Today's news brings to our misogynistic male attention the Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 figurine that can strip. That's right: her skirt and top are short, this particular model - as Destructoid.com (via Kotaku.com) reports - allows ugly guys like you and me to remove the upper mentioned pieces of clothing and reveal... the underwear. What, what did you think?

According to the first mentioned gaming site, if "you visit Japanese site Amiami with 8,190 yen in hand and place a pre-order for November," you're going to be the proud owner of a DOA: Extrme sexy, plastic figurine, which will sit quietly on your nightstand revealing herself to you whenever you desire. She's been programmed to sit like that, just for you...

And for a million others more, of course. Anyway, in Dead or Alive: Xtreme 2, players are able to play as any of the nine girls currently present in the series, just for the newcomers to know what the video game is all about. Each girl in the game has certain items and hobbies which she likes or dislikes, and these preferences influence her reaction upon receiving a gift. Characters also have an individual favorite color, again affecting their like or dislike of a certain item (and the wrapping paper used to wrap it). Payable characters: Ayane, Christie, Helena, Hitomi, Kasumi, Kokoro, Lei Fang, Lisa, Tina.

Kokoro did not appear in Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball and hence it's a new addition to the cast of available volleyball players.

The former "main event" from Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball, is once again present. Similar to the original, players must have a partner in order to compete in a two-on-two 7-point volleyball match. The gameplay has been modified to make the game slightly more difficult and to add variety. While there are still only two buttons necessary for gameplay (pass/block and bump/spike), greater manual control is required as, unlike the original, girls will not automatically maneuver themselves into the best formation. In the online mode, two players can compete against each other, each having a computer-controlled partner. The camera has been slightly modified to address the criticism that the one in the original game moved erratically or too frequently.

The offline two player "Exhibition" mode from the previous game has been removed, forcing players who wish to play against other players to do so via Xbox Live.

So remember, if you have the necessary 8,190, a PC, an Internet connection and a keyboard that has the keys a, m, i, a, m, and i working, then you're all set for a pre-order. All you have to do is wait until November.
