DICE Still Loves Bad Company Series Despite Upcoming Battlefield 4

DICE, the developer of the Battlefield franchise, has revealed that it hasn’t forgotten about its Bad Company spinoff series and has said that a new game set in that universe may arrive after next year’s Battlefield 4.

The Battlefield franchise has gone through many changes in recent years and, after the rather successful Bad Company 1 and 2 installments, DICE launched the hugely popular Battlefield 3 last year.

As we heard last week, the studio is currently working on Battlefield 4, the next full-fledged installment in the main series.

This doesn’t mean that DICE has forgotten about Bad Company, as its community manager, Ian Tornay, mentioned on Reddit that, “I can tell you that it's not due to any lack of love for BC inside of DICE. Everyone I've talked to there is very proud and fond of it.”

Tornay urged Bad Company fans to share their thoughts with DICE and reveal what made the games so special for them.
