I know that not many of you have enough money for Christmas shopping, but there's a chance to win some serious money playing Dungeons and Dragons Online: Stormreach. You have the chance to win GBP 10,000 if you participate in the in-game massive treasure-hunt.

This treasure hunt is available only for European gamers who will have the possibility of discovering 10 artifacts in the game world, each of them bringing the finder GBP 1,000. Some clues as to where the artifacts are will be released in the coming weeks. The first clue in his quest for treasure will be released on the 21st of December on this website.

The treasure hunt is not only for existing DDO players, as new players are invited to take part in this adventure by downloading and entering the game's free trial. You do so by clicking HERE.

Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach is based on the D&D Ruleset and is set in the Eberron campaign setting. Wizard of Coasr, the current publisher of the Dungeons & Dragons pen and paper game worked with Turbine during the game's development. DDO was released back in the February of 2006 and was published by Atari.

Each DDO quest has a base level, and because they are organized by character level, difficulty and length, the XP reward increases if all of the party members are below that level and decreases if any of the party members are above that level.

Tell me what would you do with the money if you happen to win this treasure hunt? Would you buy yourself a PS3? Would any DDO player buy a PS3?
