There’s a new version of DAEMON Tools Lite available, which brings to the table several improvements designed to expand the functionality of the program. Bug fixes are also on the menu.

DAEMON Tools Lite 4.45.4 comes with enhanced privacy when connecting with MountSpace.com and setup improvements. As far as SPTD is concerned, support for Windows 8 beta is available and the read speed of attached devices should be higher.

Repairs in this revision refer to preserving file associations after update or reinstallation of the application and auto-mount settings that would change after an unsuccessful operation at startup. These are the most notable of the modifications, but a set of minor repairs have also been done.

The full list of changes is available on this page. You can download Daemon Tools Lite from here.
